such a beautiful plant but I received it broken

This was the first time I bought plants online and I was really worried about its condition on delivery. But the plant came in just fine. It was packed so well, the box was well ventilated. The plant looks perfectly healthy and very beautiful. I had ordered a ceramic pot with it and that too looks great. All in all, I am very satisfied with Ugaoo.
