Customers praised this healthy tree for arriving in excellent condition with "top notch" quality. Most noted prompt delivery and secure packaging that protected the plant during transit. However, one customer experienced poor delivery with the tree arriving upside down with twisted branches, though it survived after adjustments.
Quality of the plant was top notch but the delivery was worst. Tree delivered upside down, branches twisted, Bark bend & almost on the verge of death if I didnot open it on time. Presently the plant survived and thriving well after some adjustments.
