The plant i recieved was healthy and so pretty.Till now it is resting in my window with little sunlight.

I need a partner for my table to have focus on my study. I received a healthy plant n I repoted it to a new ceramic pot n till now it seems healthy. I love it.

Initially I received a damaged 💔 product. Ugaoo replaced it with a new one in one week. Also received an information card regarding plant care which I haven't received on with my first plant.

The plant was received in good condition and the plant was kept in the package with care. I'm already in love with it. However, care instructions card was missing.

The first order of the plant was damaged in transit. So,I sent the pictures to the support team and they were quick to respond. I was delivered a new plant free of cost. The support team was extremely helpful and reply was very polite. It said we are as saddened to see these plants as you are. It shows that these people are not just selling plants but actually care for them. I however re-potted the damaged plant and now both the plants look beautiful. For anyone who is a new plant parent like me it is a good buy. It's low maintenance, looks extremely graceful, and purifies the air. I am happy with the support and would surely order more stuff as I learn. Don't want any of the plants I have to die on me.

I loved the packing so much, have tried ordering from other sites but plants health isnt good at all but when I just took the plant from the packing and to my surprise it was soo healthy and fresh and till now it is😍😍😍will order more definitely for sure

I loved the packaging. Had ordered 3 plants, although 1 was not in a good condition. But I loved the customer care service that they sent me another plant in a good condition after writing to them about the condition . Also loving their quick response!
