Ficus Lyrata Bambino -XL

The plant delivered perfectly and its been a month, the plant is still healthy and can see new fresh leaves growing. Happy woth the purchase.

I only order from uagoo , tried other websites like nurserylive and kyari but none are as good as ugaoo. They dont cheat you, plant is exactly like in the sample picture

Recently ordered a Ficus Bambino XL from Ugaoo. The plant Delivered in excellent condition . Plant was as good as I expected. However I am disappointed with pot shape . I was expecting round shape but it was square shape which is suitable for round shape planter .

They rectified the situation promptly and ensured the plant was sent out without further delay. When the plant finally arrived, it was in excellent condition, showing no signs of stress or damage. Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience and would recommend Ugaoo for their attentive customer service and quality products.

Although the initial delivery time was 7 days it arrived in 4 days. The watsapp help / support team doesn't read your concerns and just send you standard robotic replies. It was after my continuous effort that they finally understood my concern. After they understood it they didn't bother to let me know about the steps taken to address the concern. However the plant was healthy when I received it even the packaging was damaged. I was lucky because it was a big plant. I don't know if it would be the same for others.

Received a very beautiful ficus, 3 stems. It just brightens up the room. I do make sure it receives more light than my other indoor plants, but not too much to prevent leaf scorch.

I do love the plant which received in very good condition. N also not too much unnecessary packaging for the purpose.

Will still consider to get more if got further planning. The price can be more pretty then. :D , thanks a lot.
