    Red Carrots, or our Desi Carrots are red, long, thin, with a pointy end. Great for juicing as well as desserts like gajar halwa, this sweeter variety is also great for carrot preserves. This variety can be seen predominantly in the Indian market in December. Grow them organically and add them to your winter menu for a healthier diet.
