Good packaging and good service from Ugaoo. Plant looks good. Slightly delicate plant. One leaf had a slight brown spot when plant received and now it’s expanding slowly . Looks like the whole leave will turn brown eventually. Rest all good.

Plants are lovely as always. But In my experience Ugaoo gives the best customer service. Had received a damaged Calathea as the cylindrical package was damaged in transit but the cs team sent a replacement. Best to contact them via whatsapp

Received a healthy and decent size plant. The best thing about Ugaoo is that their plants are always healthy, and no infestations etc ever! Also, from my personal experience, I can vouch that somehow my Ugaoo plants have had excellent growth compared to the ones I purchase from local nurseries.
(The pictures are from late evening, hence all Calatheas have their leaves standing up)

Sorry to inform that the plant died just 2-3 days after plantation. Received it in good condition and even took proper care while planting it . I even use magic soil for my every plant but still donot know why it didn’t survive.
