Light Requirements	The Sansevieria laurentii plant is not even slightly fussy about the kind of light it needs. To the benefit of many new gardeners, this plant does well in a variety of light conditions. Which means that you can place it outdoors in direct sunlight or you can place it in a bathroom with nearly no light - it will still do well and grow beautifully!
Watering Needs	One thing you must know is that with Snake plants like this one, overwatering is often found to be a common issue. Many may not know this but Snake plants are semi-succulents and their leaves are known to store some amounts of water. So, these plants do not need to be watered as often. Simply water your Sansevieria laurentii once in 15 days and watch it thrive! However, always remember to do the finger dip test beforehand. It may so happen that during the monsoons or the humid season, this plant may not even need watering every 15 days. In this case, to make sure, you can stick your index finger into the soil till the second knuckle. If your finger comes out clean and dry, then it’s time to water your plant. But if it comes out wet and moist, then your plant does not need any more water.
Soil Requirements	Snake plants specifically need well-drained and aerated soil. Fertilization	For the first 6 months, we ensure that your plants will not need any fertilization as they are already well fed. But after this period, you must feed your Snake plant with a balanced, all-round, and slow-release fertilizer every 4-6 weeks. Remember to not use any chemical fertilizers as they are not needed and they pose the risk of overfertilization. For proper, organic, and slow-release fertilization, you can also use Ugaoo’s Plant Food Fertilizer Sticks. Just take one stick and push it into your potted plant’s soil away from the stem, and this stick will work for 60 days straight!
