About the opportunity:

You will work closely with Siddhant – our founder, who is on a mission to inspire a world where every plant journey is a personal revolution of inner change and growth.

We’re looking for a driven individual to join our Founder’s Office team, working directly with him to support high-impact initiatives, streamline operations, and accelerate our company’s growth. In this role, you’ll handle strategic and operational projects that influence multiple areas of the business, including product, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a fast-growing D2C brand in the gardening category, with meaningful exposure across departments and contribute directly to its growth trajectory.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Initiatives & Project Management:

• Closely work with Founder in driving key strategic initiatives, leading special projects focused on business growth and operational efficiency, and ensuring timely, quality deliverables through diligent progress tracking and reporting

Data Analysis & Insights:

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to guide strategic decisions, delivering actionable insights that optimize operations, improve customer experience, and drive revenue growth.

Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement:

• Improvement: Identify and resolve process inefficiencies by implementing improvements that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and elevate quality across departments

Product Development & Innovation:

• Collaborate with the Founder to launch new products, enhance existing ones, and explore market opportunities, while analyzing post-launch performance. Work with cross-functional teams to create a product roadmap, develop launch strategies, and drive marketing campaigns across influencers, marketplaces, and social media. Partner on pricing and positioning, and lead the design of sustainable packaging that aligns with brand identity.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as a key liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to support project execution and goal alignment.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, venture capital or working in a high-growth startup environment
• Exceptional analytical abilities with a proven capability to derive insights from data and convert them into actionable business strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a deep passion for startups, entrepreneurship, innovative problem-solving, and an interest in gardening or sustainable living.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. Familiarity with SQL or other advanced data analysis tools is an added advantage.
