About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a Customer Retention Specialist to lead, develop and execute Ugaoo’s customer retention. You will be responsible for developing and executing retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn. The successful candidate should have a deep understanding of customer behavior and be able to identify opportunities to improve retention.
We’re looking for a strong visual and data-minded marketer. You are creative, digitally-savvy, curious, and eager to continue learning. This role reports to the Co-founder and will be responsible for identifying and executing strategic initiatives to improve customer engagement & retention, managing reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute retention strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, customer service) to deliver on retention goals.
- Build and maintain customer segmentation models to target specific customer segments with relevant retention campaigns.
- Manage retention campaigns across email, SMS, app & push notifications, and other channels
- Identify & implement automation campaigns at various stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize retention campaigns and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor retention metrics and report on the success of retention initiatives to senior management.
- Respond to customer feedback and inquiries related to retention efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer retention, CRM
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with customer data
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with email marketing platforms, CRM software, and customer data platforms
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization tactics
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors
