Responsibilities:
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, system arrangements and welcome kits.
- Handle updation and coordination for employee records and employee benefits such as health insurance.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner. Assist employees with IT requirements and IT issues resolving by coordinating with necessary team.
- Manage the inventory of IT equipment and other office assets.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers.
- Assist in sourcing and acquiring new office property or equipment as required by the organization.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of office facilities including insurance and licenses, ensuring a safe and conducive working environment.
- Manage employee travel arrangements for business trips, including flight bookings, accommodation, and transportation. Ensure that travel policies are followed and budgets are adhered to.
- Assist for employee engagement activities including team-building events, workshops, and offsite activities.
- Manage the internal transfer of materials and equipment between locations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in HR administration and basic IT support roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Proficiency in IT systems, networks, and software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
