Responsibilities:

• Team Management (CSA & Support Staff) & Team Motivation.
• Team Discipline & Grooming.
• Target Achievement: Individual, monthly & quarterly.
• Making and sharing daily/Monthly/ sales & Stock report.
• Tracking & Monitoring records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.
• Cash Management (Store & Petty cash) & Banking.
• Stock Management (Maintaining the base Stock at all time)
• Implement measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
• Monitoring stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store as per the planogram.
• Monitoring Plants health & Managing Store VM.
• Analyzing market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.
• Looking for opportunities for Events & exhibitions.
• Customer Relationship Management: Addressing customers’ requests, comments, and complaints.
• Training & Development of store team./li>
• Preparing store team roaster.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 year of experience in relevant field (retail store sales)
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care
